Please inform Us before Placing your Order if you are Aware of any Potential Obstructions or Hazards for a Heavy Goods Vehicle, for example, Overhead Cables, Trees, Restricted Access.

Our Transport Team will Quickly Review the Information for you.

If you prefer to collect your Order, Opt for Click and Collect at Checkout.

Your Order will typically be Ready for Collection within One Hour.

We will send you a confirmation once your order has been picked and is ready for collection.

If in the unfortunate event you need to Return an Item or Cancel Your Delivery, we are happy to take back items in a Resellable Condition with 14 Days of your Purchase Date.

Regretfully we cannot accept the Return of perishable items (Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team for more information)

There is a minimum charge of 15% of your Order Value for collecting your Return. We will always do our best to keep this charge to a minimum, but this may be more depending on your location and type of Product Return.

This charge is to cover Transportation Costs. If you wish to return using your own selected Services, please contact us before Returning for a Return Merchandise Authority Number.

Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed once your Return is received back.
