Proper Propping

Whether you are renovating, extending, or building new, there will be times when a wall, floor, lintel, or other item will need temporary support. Hiring props is possible, but by the time the job is done, you will likely have paid twice for them.

A busy construction crew will always need support, and our props can deliver exactly that without delay. We stock prop types zero, one, two and three to cover all eventualities, weights and height requirements.

Bundle props with our Strong Boy Prop Mates and you will have just the right equipment to get you through every demolition or adaptation that comes up.

Helpful Handling

Getting materials across site can be a troublesome task, through mud, rubble, other trades working areas etc. A helping hand when handling bricks, mortar or other essentials can come in as simple a form as a decent wheelbarrow.

The Belle Warrior barrow is built by the mixer legends and is absolutely designed for whatever rough terrain you come across. It even comes with a choice of tyre designed to be resilient to puncture risks.

For bigger sites where there is access to a forklift, there is a range of mortar tubs that are easy to transport and built to withstand the hard knocks that come with heavy use on a construction site.

Moving On Up

To access all areas you will need to get on up on trestles built to last, which get you close to the workface. Both sizes one and two are supplied singly, not in pairs, so remember that when ordering!

Trestles are designed to take four scaffold boards and can take up to 460kg at 1.2m centres and can be set to a maximum height of 1.2m. Edge protection and fall-arrest systems should be assessed by the user at the worksite.

In The Mix

The Altrad Belle mixer plus accessories will keep your site production running smoothly day in, day out. They are robust and big enough to cope and not afraid of filling a full shift.

Designed for small to medium projects a drum can deliver a barrow load of mortar or concrete. The mixer has a cut-out regulator so it will never overheat, protecting the 240v no emission electric motor from damage.
