Please note our Shipping Policy applies to All Orders made Online, and your Order Processing will begin once you have received your Order Confirmation Email. 

Your Order will be Delivered by Wade Building Supplies Transport or one of our Trusted Logistic Partners. 

We will confirm the Despatch of your Order by Email, or our Customer Service Team will contact you to Discuss Delivery Timescales. 

Some of our Products will have Delivery Exclusions stated in the Product Description; For example, We cannot deliver Concrete Blocks or Bricks to certain Postcodes due to the Nature of the Vehicle required for Delivery. 

Our Delivery Charges are shown at Checkout and throughout our Website. 

Please note we currently only deliver between Monday and Friday. 

Local Delivery

If you are Offered the Option of our Exclusive Local Delivery Same Day Service, our Customer Service Team will call you to confirm your Delivery Slot. 

Please note this Service is currently only available at certain Postcodes and can only be used if your Order is Placed before 11.30 am during our Opening Hours. 

Bricks and Concrete Blocks are excluded, and we reserve the right to withdraw the Service if we cannot deliver due to Product or Transport Restrictions.

We will offer an Alternative Delivery Date, and a Partial or Full Refund will be Offered.
