RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
1. Returns Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
2. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Products that have been installed, used, or altered cannot be accepted.
3. Exclusions
Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

Cut-to-Size or Bespoke Items: Custom-made products such as lintels, RSJs (rolled steel joists), or timber cut to your specifications.

Non-standard stock items.

Clearance or Final Sale Items.
4. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item is faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs to help resolve the issue quickly.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover return costs for faulty or incorrect items.
5. Refund Process

Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If any items are deemed unsaleable or require cleaning, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the associated costs.

Refund Timeframe: Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed after inspection.

Payment: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees: Fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund of Shipping Fees: Only refunded if the return is due to our error.

Collection of returns: We charge a fee for return collections, including any additional abortive costs incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. All items must be securely pre-packaged and suitable for transport by goods vehicles. Any associated costs, including labour, will be chargeable.
7. Hired goods returns

Condition on return: Goods should be returned in the same condition as supplied. If cleaning is required upon return, an additional charge will apply.

Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If any items are deemed unusable a charge for the goods and disposal will apply.

Collection of returns: All items must be securely pre-packaged and suitable for transport by goods vehicles. Any associated costs, including labour, or failed collection attempts, will be chargeable.
8. How to Return an Item

Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Our team will guide you through the process and, if applicable, provide a return label.

Once returned, we will inspect the item and process your refund.
