Poor customer service, product didn't arrive on the date it should have, when I chased I was told it was out of stock and would need to wait another week or buy an alternative and wait 3 days. We opted for the alternative as it was time sensitive and that also turned up late. I have requested compensation twice by email and once on the phone and told someone would get back to me and still nothing. Poor customer service!
