Poles are as expected, but I ordered 5ft poles and a couple have come slightly taller and its for a rostra which needs to be all the same height not on a slant !!!

Web site used to place order easy to use. Site claims delivery within 5 working days. As no confirmation of delivery date received on 5th day phoned company. I was informed supplier was to blame for the delay (why was I not contacted earlier to warn me of the delay?!!) with no new delivery date given. Was promised a partial refund due to issue. Had to call again following week for an update on the delivery and items arrived in good condition 2 weeks after initial order. Not good. Also, still not received the promised refund.
