Was given the wrong delivery date so 2 days annual leave used up unnecessarily! According to the driver is was a mistake ny wade not DX. Eventually got what i ordered but very frustrating experience.
It was easy to order online, we received a phone call from driver when he was near to deliver and was left in place where we'd asked for it to be delivered.

Poor customer service, product didn't arrive on the date it should have, when I chased I was told it was out of stock and would need to wait another week or buy an alternative and wait 3 days. We opted for the alternative as it was time sensitive and that also turned up late. I have requested compensation twice by email and once on the phone and told someone would get back to me and still nothing. Poor customer service!
