They sent a lintel without drip lip... in spite of the photo showing a drip lip... Not a big deal... But then their Technical Director ( who does now know the name of the company for which he works) sent and email showing his complete lack of knowledge of the product, knowledge of manners and of English
Absolutely perfect for the job. So easily installed and perfectly horizontal with no flex even when fully loaded with bricks. And, when painted, hardly visible. Couldn't have wanted any better, Very happy !!

Arrived within advised timescale but showed signs of damage with both surfaces bent. Have had to apply pressure to straighten before use. Consideration needs to be given to some form of packaging to protect the product.

All in all a good experience with Wade. Communication around delivery was a little lacking so was never really sure of my delivery date. Also the additional £20 I paid to have it delivered is 3-5 days was wasted by the time I got the item. However, the timing was not critical and the price was the best I could find so worth the very minor inconvenience. I would use them again.
