The Catnic CG90/100 is a standard steel cavity lintel with an easy-to-use open-back profile, built-in DPC, continuous insulation and integral plaster key. It is designed for standard openings and fair-faced inner leaf masonry.

Where to Fit
The CG90/100 is suited to standard cavity wall openings where a fair-faced inner leaf finish is required. Lengths start at 750mm for a maximum 550mm opening and extend to 3600mm, with larger lintels requiring 150mm bearing at each end.
The inner flange includes a plaster key, while the triangular folded cavity section contains continuous insulation to minimise cold bridging. The CG90/100 can also be used as part of Part L compliance documentation required by an assessor prior to Building Control sign-off.
Size & Loading
From 900mm up to 1500mm, the CG90/100 can take 15kN loading. The 3600mm version can deal with 26kN, with lintel height increasing from 90mm to 224mm as the structural opening increases. SWL is based on the total UDL over maximum span with 150mm bearing at each end.
