The Birtley CB90 100mm Cavity Wall Lintel is a standard-duty steel cavity lintel designed for cavity widths of 90–105mm, with a 100mm outer leaf and 100mm inner leaf. It is manufactured from S275JR structural-grade mild steel and finished with a 65µm Supergalv hot-dip galvanised coating applied after fabrication. Factory-fitted expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation helps reduce thermal bridging, while the design also includes a plaster key to the inner leaf and no baseplate. The CB90 is not suitable for point loads or concrete floors.
