The Catnic TH90/100 is a heavy duty thermally broken steel cavity wall lintel designed for 90–105mm cavity construction with a 100mm inner leaf. Featuring a complete thermal break and full insulation, it significantly reduces cold bridging at the lintel position, supporting compliance with Part L Building Regulations.

The open back profile allows masonry to be built up continuously on both the outer and inner leaf, and fair-face inner leaf compatibility makes it suitable for exposed blockwork finishes. Available in 5 lengths from 1350mm to 2250mm, it is engineered to support typical masonry, timber floor, and roof loads found in most buildings.
