So happy with the product although we had issue with delivery wade was so good they offered and alternative and delivered fast also added an extra beam to make up for the wait

The product is great and reasonably priced - we are yet to finish the project but the sleepers are perfect . Challenging delivery issue as we were notified of the delivery day and then by mid afternoon when no sign I rang to be told the driver had phoned in sick- I had to get someone in to wait all day and no contact had been made. When I did ring the call handler was very helpful and said she would get them delivered on the Monday as a priority- they then arrived on the Saturday morning without notice. Happy they have been delivered and we can get on with our project

Given a 3-5 working day delivery on 22nd May. I allowed for bank holiday and the fact I ordered late one evening. Because I was going away I contacted them. Was told I’d be contacted when ready ( but already we were past the 5 day working delivery) I explained I was going Away. Because of lack of communication I had to contact them on the Monday 2nd June was told would be delivered on that Thursday (5thJune) so 9 working days. I managed to askedthem to deliver when back from holiday and it was delivered on the date I gave them. I get things happen but my bug bear is communication is everything
