Bollards great and as expected, what wasn’t expected was that I would have to help the driver physically remove them from the flat bed and carry them on to the site. Weighing 91kg each it was entirely unreasonable to expect your driver to be able to manoeuvre them alone and presumptuous to rely on there being someone present capable of assisting. Driver should have come with a mate or have delivered with a crane.

Product good and the delivery driver was excellent. The only issue was the initial delivery date was not met with no communication as to why not. A message of some sort would have been appropriate.

7 bollards ordered and pre paid Fast delivery which was appreciated. Bollards too heavy for the deliver driver to manage, luckily I was close by and able to help. only 6 bollards arrived. The seventh came a few days later. My overall impressions are good. The driver needs his own lifting appliance on board, and should be considered at time of despatch, how me is going to deal with the unloading of these heavy items at delivery.

I am writing to address a concerning experience I had with the delivery of three concrete bollards that I ordered from your company. Upon receiving the delivery a couple of days ago, I encountered some challenges that I believe warrant attention. The bollards, each weighing over 95kg, were delivered by a truck that lacked the necessary equipment for lifting such heavy items. Furthermore, the driver was alone, leaving me in a position where I had to assist in lifting these substantial objects. Considering that an additional £50 was charged for delivery, I expected a more professional and equipped service. Unfortunately, there was no prior communication or notification regarding the specifics of the delivery process after I placed the order online. This lack of communication and inadequate delivery service is concerning for several reasons. Not only was there a potential risk of injury due to lifting heavy objects without proper equipment, but there was also the possibility of damage occurring during the process. As a customer, I value transparency and reliability in service delivery. I believe it's crucial for your company to address these issues to ensure the safety and satisfaction of your customers in future transactions. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
