When mixing concrete, ensure you have the correct Concrete Mixing Ratio.

Bear in mind these are Guidelines and will be dependent on the application, but as a General Rule of Thumb, the correct mix ratio will consist of Cement Sand and Stone.

The chart will give you an Idea of Ratios for the Type of Application.

Based on around seven litres of Water being added, this may vary depending on the Type of Mix.

Mixing Time in your Belle Minimix will be around two to four minutes once all materials, including your Water, are added.

Try not to overmix, as this can affect the Strength of your Mixed Concrete.

Caring for your Belle Concrete Mixer

To ensure your Concrete Mixer has a Long and Durable Life, here are some tips to take extra care with your Mixer.

When you are adding materials to the Mixer, it is always recommended to Trickle these in over the Rim of the Drum.

This will stop Materials sticking to the Back of the Drum, which will need to be dislodged.

Remember to keep your Mixer Clean to avoid the Dreaded Build Up of Materials.

When cleaning your Mixer Drum, try not to use Bricks, as this could cause damage and reduce the Lifespan of the Drum.

Use a large mix of One Inch Gravel and Water, and this will quickly clean your Belle Drum ready for its next Job.
