Standard Duty Stressline cavity lintel designed for 70mm cavity wall construction, supporting masonry loads and distributed timber floor loads. Uniformly distributed roof loads can also be supported where the appropriate lintel type is selected.

Where to Fit

The SL70 is designed for standard cavity wall construction with a 100mm outer leaf, 70–85mm cavity and 100–115mm inner leaf.

It is designed to support masonry loads and distributed timber floor loads. Stressline advises that uniformly distributed roof loads may require an HD lintel type. The SL70 is not suitable for precast concrete floors, attic trusses or heavy point loads.
