215mm Solid Wall Lintels
215mm Solid Wall Lintels are prefabricated beams designed to support the weight above openings in masonry walls with a thickness of 215mm. We provide a range of lintels produced from galvanized steel from companies like Birtley, Stressline, and Catnic. We also offer various load capacities to match the specific requirements of your project, from standard .to heavy duty.
Depending on your project requirements, you can choose from solid wall box lintels or T lintels. All lintels come with corrosion-protection, but in different forms:
- SuperGalv is Birtley’s hot dip galvanisation post fabrication, which is said to provide 50% more zinc protection than other coatings.
- Duplex coating by Catnic, which uses the synergistic effect of external paint protection to extend the life of the galvanised steel.
- Stressline uses a Z600 zinc coating of “600g/m2 per two sides”, and all edges are treated with corrosion-resistant paint.
